Hi,

Does anyone know if it’s possible to delete or rename accounting structures once you have set them up?

Use RMB and select ( set status in progress) then you can delete

Of course it is possible to delete structure, In should be in InProgress status.

You can not change structure id. You should copy structure to new code (e.g. using data migration jobs) and delete old one.
