Hi all,

We’re encountering an error when trying to use the "Transfer to Mobile" functionality for a service task. The system throws the following message:

 

 

ORA-20110: Not allowed to assign to resource <resource_id> which is not Used in Service

However, I’ve verified that:

  • Resource  is marked as "Used in Service"

  • The resource is active

  • Mobile configuration for the user appears to be set up correctly

Could anyone help me understand what might be triggering this error?

Did you check IFS Cloud - MWO Service demystified (24R2) | IFS Community ?

Yes, I checked and confirmed that the configuration matches the screen. The actual issue turned out to be a missing site mapping in the Resource Group. I've now identified and resolved it. Thanks for your response ​@Alexander Heinze
