Hi all,
We’re encountering an error when trying to use the "Transfer to Mobile" functionality for a service task. The system throws the following message:
ORA-20110: Not allowed to assign to resource <resource_id> which is not Used in Service
However, I’ve verified that:

Resource is marked as "Used in Service"
-
The resource is active
-
Mobile configuration for the user appears to be set up correctly
Could anyone help me understand what might be triggering this error?
