Hi Community,

I'm currently configuring workflows in the Technician Portal and have noticed that the Service filter in the Workflow Configuration doesn't seem to be applied. Even when I set the filter to apply to specific services, the workflow is  triggered  for all the services

Is this expected behavior, or am I missing something in the configuration?

Would appreciate any insights or guidance on how the Service filter is supposed to work in this context.

There is a known issue around services not being considered correctly when the system picks the workflow. It was logged for MWO, but could affect Tech Portal as well. I did face it in 25R1, not sure about your release, so definitely worth logging a support case.
