Regarding Time Zone issues from FSM to PSO

Hi Team,

I have Set MWM_SERVER_TIME_ZONE_ID in Scheduling APP Param as “UTC”

When i tried to create Non availability and Tasks towards PSO, its not showing correct time zone in PSO.

Iam having Resources in different Time zone PST, MST, EST & CST.

example: I have set Non Availablity in FSM for PST resources for 10:00 to 13:00. Person Place time zone is PST.

 

In PSO:  Its Showing as 07:00 Am to 10:00AM, which is 3hrs before the Non availability assigned in FSM.

 

This issue is happening for all the different time zone too.. May i know how FSM is updating the Time zone to PSO & How to solve the above issue.

Hi - 

Can you add the same place under “Works from Place” of Person record and try this?

Hi,

I have changed Work from place to his home location PST time zone.

And i set Non-availability from 11:00AM to 12:00PM , but in PSO still its showing as 08:00AM to 09:00AM 

 

 

In Audit its showing as :

RAM Pattern showing as 08:00hrs
