For the element design we want to have 2 different color for index one color and for list different color .
Is this possible in the element designer ?

As per my understanding, you cannot have different background colors inside an element design. As you can see in the layout option, you can select only a single background color. If you want, the font color or font style can be changed for specific column by configuring the format tab.
