Frequently getting Business Rule watch log notification in smart client even after removing all the Watch Log in the Business Rule.?

Can you set ‘Watch All’ once again and ‘Remove Watch All’?

If the issue still exists, can you try to restart the IIS app pool if possible?

If none worked above, then please check with other users who are enabling and disabling those. Perhaps that another user is activating those to check the behavior but then you also get the notification.
