Hi, a user has reported receiving the following message, does anyone know what this refers? I am struggling to understand the cause of the error.

 

What is your UPD level ?
If it is below UPD 14, then the issue will resolve after UPD 14
please check the IFS solutio:294157


Thanks Kelum, we are waiting for the Update to be sent to us (6 week lead time) so fingers crossed we get it soon to resolve this issue.

one of my colleague has the same issue.

Our UPD level is even 18.

Does UPD14 solved this issue?

Hi @Link we applied the update last year and have not had the issue occur since.
