Hi @TatKhandM,

There is an app param that controls the length of time a lockout for repeated incorrect password attempts lasts for (USER_LOCKOUT_PERIOD). Once this has elapsed you login will be unlocked.

You may wish to have another user with the relevant security level who is in the system reset your password on the person record to avoid the chance of another lockout from an incorrect password.

You can then change the password once you are back in.
