How to find the customization component in FSM?

If you want to have a look at the custom configurations in FSM component wise, you could do the following hopefully.

1. Business Rules

You could navigate to ‘Custom Processes’ screen & check what are the custom configured business rules.
 

2. Client scripts

You could compare the records present in ‘FSM client scripts’ & ‘client scripts’ screens to check whether which client scripts are custom configured ones.

3. Sync Rules

You could compare the records present in ‘FSM sync rules’ & ‘sync rules’ screens to check whether which sync rules are custom configured ones.
