The ‘INITSTARTED’ transaction type is sent to the mm_message_out table. If no process cleans records from that table, it will stay there until the user connects and syncs messages to the mobile client.

I am not aware of anyway knowing which design is used. What is the use case? You can control this on the design screen and decide which user gets which design and version.

Can you advise if there is a way of know what design an end user is actually using on their IFS Mobile app remotely from the smartclient or by looking at the main DB?

The user case is: - We have assigned a design to the Field Team and it appears that not all users re-initialised to the latest design. 

I wanted to know if I can see what design the user is “actually” using from the back office without needing the user to go in to the About information on the tablet.

I do not know of a way.

But is there a reason to think they are not using the assigned design after the init process?
