FSM Web Client - My Teams Escalations

I have a customer that will only be using FSM Web Client and not FSM Smart Client. They have a requirement to view Escalations assigned to their team. The standard screen ESCALATIONSTEAM would meet the requirement, but I am able to view in Web Client.  Does anyone know if this is by design before I create a custom screen to do almost the same as baseline?

This are the steps I followed

  1. Open UI designer.
  2. Save the ESCALATIONTEAM screen under a new name. e.g. C_ESCALATIONTEAM
  3. Add a custom function
  4. Add the function to a menu

Hi @HelenS 

If the screen is there, try adding it to a menu item to view it in the Webclient.

Hi @Shneor Cheshin   I have made a typing error in the original description. The screen is not visible in Web Client.  I have added to a screen, and added both the menu and function the the relevant Role but still cannot find the screen on Web Client. If necessary i can build a similar screen, but like the functionality the baseline screen provides.
