Hi,

FSM user with SSO enabled and PSO System user not appearing in the PSO Application  users screen. ?

Administration---->Users

Need inputs regarding the above query

Hi @TatKhandM 

You may need to run the PSO initialization for the active scheduling dataset from FSM, once you’ve marked a Person in FSM as a PSO system user.

Hi Pubudu,

Even after running the PSO initialization for the active dataset from FSM, the person is not getting enable in the PSO .

I validated from the back end users table in PSO. The User id is not available in the users table in the pso.

HI,

 

When ever you create the New user, in details tab you will tick PSO System user.

 

 

Later go to security Tab & add password as 123456, then press save. You may be used SSO login but still add the password so after some time that user will automatically move to PSO, you dont have to run PSO intilization or run dataset.
