I have done each step as you mentioned above, but my query is which data connector i should use to complete automated outbound integration. 

It depends on your requirement. If the request needs to be in the form of xml or json you can use ‘Metrix.Integration.XmlOutboundConnector’ or ‘Metrix.Integration.JSONOutboundConnector’

I have already tried with Metrix.Integration.XMLOutboundConnector, but when ever scheduler is running the data is not triggered to the foreign system.
