@TntRachiB isn’t Appointment Booking a functionality available only in FSM - i.e. Request Work Tasks?

Appointment Booking requires PSO - is PSO and the Scheduling Dataset configured and active?

No PSO and Scheduling Dataset are not configured yet, I’ll try to do that first and get back to this.
