When having an additional resource for a task (task screen > resource tab) how does that alerts the technician he has been added as an additional resource not a main responsible ? Since as it seems currently the task gets displayed to their devices in the to do list and not able to distinguish among main jobs and additional jobs?
Also is there a way we could freeze the job for the additional resource until authorized to work on it?.

With further discussions from RnD noted the following which would answer the above. Thought would facilitate anyone who had the same question, hence here goes,
- There can be a way to identify ownership type in the Mobile Client via configuration (e.g., custom field or sliver color on JobList). But there is nothing for this in baseline.
- As for “freezing” the job until the resource is authorized, a proper configuration could prevent the task from appearing on the resource user’s device until it’s time. For instance, leveraging the ADDITIONAL_JOB_LIST_CONSTRAINTS app param could be useful here.
Hence, the above scenarios are currently not addressed in baseline. Hence, a matter of configuration.
