I want to add a questionairre for the Field Service Engineers which should be appearing in the
Work Task screen before the "Work Start" status. This questionnaire,after filled by the Field Service Engineer
should be authorized by any Authority before the status of the task changes to "Work Start" else without authorization
the status cannot progress. We tried this with "Maintenance Survey" and linking it with "Workflow Configuration" but it didn't
worked as it this works only in mWO and Tech portals.
1. The questionnaire should be auto-populated in work task screen where technician will answer in yes/no format or checkboxes.
Any suggestions on how to implement this is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
