When copying one routing revision to another the attached documents are not copied

Forum|alt.badge.img+3

Go to the Engineering >Routing > press the command button Copy Routing Revision function in Aurena / IEE and that have attachments in the routings operations attachments are not copied to the newly created Routing operation.

Based on the initial technical investigation , it was observed that when we click the Copy Routing revision button, the application calls to routing_operation_list_API.copy_routings . This function has a parameter called, copy_attach_documents . If this parameter received "1" as the value ,the document should copy. Accordingly, from the application level the specific values passes but from the database level this is not happening.

This is a bug in the copy process. The problem has been corrected in IFS Cloud 23R2.

Hi @joanse
The issue is also reported in APPS10 Aurena.
By any chance, do you know whether a correction is done to APPS10? If so, would it be possible to share the Bug ID (if you have it)?

There’s no correction done in Apps10 for this. I don’t think we have had the issue reported to R&D for Apps10.
