Unable to edit a document in checkout in 22R2

Hi 

I have an issue where I am unable to edit the documents in 22R2. I have installed Aurena Agent and using Chrome Browser.

after creating a new document from a sales quotation , when i clic on “edit” button” the system tell me “checkout succefully” but the document does not open and the macro are not running.

Could anyone please help If I am missing something here configure to have this function work seamlessly.
