If you are in customer order page and you want to open Purchase order page concurrently, you can search on navigator and right mouse button click  to open it in new tab/window.

Even you can zoom out some fields 

I want the functionality inside a command button, when i will press that button the link should attach to the email and same time it Should open a new screen.
