Does anyone know how to navigate from e.g. a lobby to Document Folder Navigator and get it populated in expand mode in the same way as when it’s opened from the navigator.?
The navigation from the lobby populate it, but without the expand button.
In the navigator it has Entry Type TREE. I've tried with parameters in the URL but hasn't managed.
Upon copying the full URL directly from the Document Folder Navigator window, noticed that it includes additional parameters that define the tree structure.
After updating the link list's navigation URL to include these parameters, the issue was resolved. The folder now loads in expanded mode, just as it does when access directly from the navigator.
Open the Document Folder Navigator window.
Copy the entire URL from the address bar.
In the link list configuration, remove everything before page/ in the copied URL (page/DocumentFolderNavigator/DocFolderPage;….to the end of URL of Document Folder Navigator window)
Paste the remaining portion into the link list's URL field.
I cannot find a way to do this. What I noticed though is that if you had the navigator node expanded earlier in the same session, and once you navigate to the tree navigator again with some folder, it's expanded again. Seems like this would be a useful client framework feature - perhaps you should create an idea about it in the Ideas section here on IFS Community?
