Hi,

When attempting to open the certificate under attachments in Customer Order it is throwing me the below error. Can you please help me with the resolution. Thanks in advance

From what I have encountered from previously reported issues this can be happen due to:

 

  1. Actual file is not in the repository.
  2. For some instances I have seen this can be happen due to system request the  doc_type as ‘VIEW’ or ‘ORIGINAL’ but in the table relevant record doc_type is set to a other type.
  3. Document ticket temp path issue. You can opt out this is the issue by uploading a simple document to the system. If all goes well then ticket temp paths are setup correctly. Then it could be due to option1,2.
