I am a user,  My intern was to enter product data PDFs linked to Sales Parts.   I don’t know the setting but one was wrong so Document Headers were created and attached to Sales Part but there is no PDF associated with the record. 

The title of the file is recorded in the each header record.  IT says there is no way to complete the attachment automatically. 

1600 records.   Any suggestions. 

Go to the Document Revision screen and check in the PDF file from there.

 


... or do you need to do that for 1600 records? 🤔


That is the issue, there are hundreds of records.    Is there a way to use the Excel Drop-in to load the PDF files? 

 


There is no easy way to do this, a script or program needs to be written to do it. Sorry.
