I would like to know why I can’t see correct docman class and correct file type.

My settings
I create a BA in outloook with wordx file :
finally I received
docman revision
Question is - why if I have in my settings docman class CORR, I received docman in DCORRR class
and why if I Attached wordx from outlook I received autocad file in IFS CLOUD.
Maybe its just a simple set up :)
If you attach a new file to any business object in IFS, does it work then?
The problem you see where it says AUTOCAD usually means the upload failed, perhaps silently. The only reason it says AUTOCAD there is that we, temporarily, pick the first file type we find in our basic data. Seconds, or milliseconds, later, when things goes well, we change to the real file type. The reason for all this is that, when a file is uploaded, the framework cannot tell us what the file type is until later in the process.
Since this is a CRM problem I will try to bring in some people that knows that better than me here. Stay posted.
I tried to recreate this but I get the correct file type and doc class. Could there be other settings in docman that can have an impact?
In which release did you encounter the issue?
