I would like to change the document revision from A1 to simply A without any numeric character.
Is it possibly to modify in Page Designer or in IFS Dev ?

That is possible.
Go to Document Default Values and search for DOC_REV:
Enter ‘A’ (probably now ‘A1’).
Now the first revision will be A, then B, C, etc.
You can change this logic per document class.
