I have a Business oportunity and I have created a sales process template but I don’t understand how I can connect the sales process to a business oportunity. I don’t have this option

You start by creating the sales process template with stages. After that you need to go to the Sales Process or CRM Process page (depending on which IFS version you are using) and create a process from the template. The process will then be available to use in the business opportunity. The purpose of the template is to “group” processes that have the same stages so that you can view them together in e.g. the pipeline chart.
It is described in the user documentation how a sales process is created. There is also an “About description” that explains how different types of actions can be added to the sales process.
