Hi Community, we have instances in Apps 9 where we need to re-schedule customer orders and unreserve the stock to be used elsewhere. So far I can only see that customer order lines can be unreserved 1 line at a time. Orders with hundreds of lines are therefore time consuming to un-reserve and I’m hoping there is a way to unreserve a whole order or selection of lines.

Actually this is straight forward in APP 10. You can simply select all line and use Unreserve option and all lines will be unreserved.
For Applications 9, unfortunately it is not there. But rather than selecting lines one by one and unreserve it would be easier for you to create a Pick List for Reserved Items and then Pick zero. It will remove all reservations.
In Applications 9 I hope it is rather easy to go to Report Picking of Pick List Lines and enter 0 to Qty to Pick to all lines and then Pick.
