lobby - accounts and contacts created per month

Hi, 

I’ve found in the standard lobby the information about the leads created per month but i don’t find the same for accounts and contacts. Does this exist ? If not, is it complicate to create it ? (I’m a beginner in lobby in IFS)

Hi,
There is no lobby element for created per month in the account or contacts standard lobbies but it is quite easy to add. First you have to create the data source with a query to select which records to include. Then you design the element (e.g. a chart, list or link list), map it to the data source and include it in your lobby page. 

Here’s a link to the technical documentations where it is explained how to configure lobbies https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/040_tailoring/250_lobby_configurations/. It is for the latest version of IFS Cloud but it should be similar for older versions. I hope that will help.
