IFS CRM Panel Error when trying to save an email to business mail

I receive this error when attempting the Save to CRM function. 

Has anyone experienced this and know the solution?

Thank you, this helped.  I can now save the body copy of an email to business mail.  Any idea how to get attachments to save( or is that not possible)?

any news ? we have the same problem, IFS APP 10 UPD18 and OUTLOOKL 2019
