I often need to switch between CRM Panel data linking to multiple IFS environments (different IFS Customer engagemets in parallel).  If I uninstall the existing add-in and try to install a new one, the old one seems to stay in place for a while.

Is there a particular action to refresh this so that Outlook connects to the “new” environment?

Hi @paul harland,
There are times I also need to switch between different environment, and I have installed multiple add-ins using manifest files generated from different environments. In order to switch to a different environment, I click on relevant add-in then click on ‘CRM Panel’ command. Then authentication window loads in a few seconds so that I can switch and log in to the environment I want.
Not sure whether you can keep installed add-ins of all environments you need beforehand. And if I install the add-in of new environment for the first time, I have also experienced delays in appearing the addd-in in outlook. Sometimes, it requires clearing cache of outlook (we run a small third-party application to clear cache, and not sure if it is available for you), and sometimes it requires restating Outlook or the computer.

@Tharanga Priyamal - I have a similar issue. We had to rebuild our middle-tier server and the URL changed. We are trying to log in the CRM panel and we’re getting an invalid certificate error. We generated and new manifest file, and we’re getting the same error. I checked the new manifest file and the old URL is no where in the file. We tried the above steps of clearing the Outlook cache with no luck. Is there anything else we can try? Is there a system parameter somewhere that may still have the old URL?
