Hello,

We have started noticing cases where a customer will show in IEE’s version of Rep 360 but not Aurena. See below for an example.

 

Customer 103205 shows in IEE for this rep but is missing from Aurena.

 

Any ideas as to why this might be happening? Is there a setup step being missed?

Same view (REPRESENTATIVE_CUSTOMER) is referred by the two clients (IEE and Aurena). Therefore there cannot be a difference like this when the same user is accessed.

Seems like this needs to be further investigated, please consider raising a support ticket.
