We edited the communication method for below contact via the panel -

 

 

 

However, in IFS incorrect contact (linked to a different email) got updated. See below -
 

 

 

This is actually a bug. We have fixed this issue in IFS Cloud but the issue is still there in Applications 10 so please report a support case if you want us to provide a correction in Applications 10 as well.
