Business Opportunities not shown in CRM Panel 24r2

We are using IFS CRM panel for Outlook currently on 22r2 version and we are planning to update to 24r2 version. 

We have noticed the connected business opportunities are not shown in 24r2 version crm panel even though they are shown in 22r2 version any reason for this?

The issue was fixed after granting the below projections to the existing permission set for the CRM panel

  • RmPanelDetailsCrmContactHandling
  • RmPanelDetailsRepHandling
  • RmPanelDetailsSupplierContactHandling
  • RmPanelDetailsSupplierRepHandling

Hi ​@ashenfdo ,

The CRM-panel was updated to a new UI framework in 23R2 and therefore there can be minor differences between the versions. However, Business Opportunities connected to the selected contact should still be shown in the 24R2 version. I can see business opportunities in the latest 24R2 version so it might be a certain scenario where it does not work. If you report a support ticket, we can investigate this further.

Hi ​@Annjse  thanks for the reply. Unfortunately we are not allowed to create support tickets as we are currently in 22r2 version. 

Is it something to do in this page?

That page is used to configure which sections that should be shown in the CRM-panel. Since you see the Business Opportunities section, it is already enabled. Do you see the business opportunities in the IFS Cloud web client if you open the Account Contacts page?

Yes it is visible under Business Opportunities section

I can see the Opportunity is related information under Interactions sections

Without doing any further investigations, it is hard to tell why the opportunity does not appear. Which version of 24R2 are you testing? We have done some improvements in this area and I cannot recreate this in the latest version.
