Business Activities not syncing from CRM Companion App

We have a small group of users inputting Business Activity information through the CRM Companion App but are finding that none of their input is syncing back to IFS to be reviewed and tracked. 

Reviewing the Touch Apps Logs in IFS, the following appears to be thrown for quite a few people:

Given these messages I am unsure of how to troubleshoot.

It’s very hard to give an answer without further investigations. I suggest that you register a support case so we can help you troubleshoot and try to figure out why it is not syncing properly.
