Aurena CRM panel - any way to edit commands/choices? - we are just starting to implement Aurena and CRM - the panel is great - but our colleagues are asking us (IT) to modify CRM panel functions and defaults. Is there an editor available or? Thanks!

+11In Apps10, you can only configure how the data is shown in the CRM-panel. I.e. if you click on the cogwheels you can select which sections (interactions, opportunities, activities etc) to shown in the details page and which fields to include in each section. There are also a few settings in the basic data for e.g. business activity type.
In Cloud it is also possible to configure the Create Activity and Create Opportunity dialogs. You can decide which fields to show and if any of the fields should be mandatory.
Unfortunately there is no "editor" available and we do not handle custom fields (yet).
