Good afternoon,

I am in a test environment in the Demand Plan Server Dashboard.  All elements Execute correctly until I attempt to Execute a “Create Forecast” function.  I saw another post on this about changing dates.  Can I get an elaboration on the dates that need to be changed?

The error I get is: “Job finished with ERROR : Create Forecast 0.837 [s]”

@TsuJenifW Can you restart the DP server and check whether the issue is resolved.

Hi All,

I have same situation at App v10.10.

I am using only base flow instead of combined flow. I checked the prefix of sql, its ok.

So what should i check about the fixed date in registry? How can i fix this?

And which api using for create forecast running in code level?

Best regards.

HI, I’m not a specialist, but I think you error message said you already create forecst , that can be done only once a period.

otherwise , I found the setup that I thought was the origin of my issue. (which was not). hope this help

Hi @RALAFR,

I checked the Fixed Date in the advanced settings and look like there is a problem here.

The value is null for some how :/

I logged to demand plan server as DEMANDSERVER user. I checked my base flow query as u can see belong. I guess there is no problem there, what i am missing u think?

Hi @Deshani Gunasinghe

I am getting the same error “Job finished with ERROR : Create Forecast 0.837 [s]” even after trying what you have suggested in the comment.

What else can I try ?

Thanks for your time
