Authorization Error "Failed to load person info." in Aurena

Hi,

I am getting the attached authorization error in Aurena, any idea how to fix it?

 

Did you check this user's permission set? PersonInfo Lu and related database objects must be granted with an assigned user group. 

Also go through the thread below. The following example relates to the IEE client.  But it might help you to get an insight.

Thank you for your response. I solved the problem with the method in the related topic ;"Failed to load person info" in Aurena screen | IFS Community.  I have defined permission authorization to the permission set, projection "GetPartyTypeWidgetInfo".
