Is “Not Used” being entered as text, or is it an entity that was created via the Job Title form?

Have you try to :
- open an existing assyst user and use ‘SAVE AS NEW’. Then update the job title as “Not Used”?
- recreate a new Job title?
- restart the application server?
- Clear your browser cache?

Confirm the assyst version you are using.
Is it on your Prod or Test environmnet.
How did you create the ‘Job Title’?
Is it an upgraded environment or a new implementation with a new database?
Reproduce and provide the server.log with the date/time of the issue ($.WEBSERVER\standalone\log)

Save as New should work, but you might not be able to edit the Job Title to the new one.
