My client has been requesting an update for a problem.
I had an incident (376354) which resulted in a problem record opened close to two years ago (April 2022). The problem record is P15952. I submitted an email to “axios.problem.management@ifs.com” for an update in November.
The issue occurs when using Save As New to create a new system. There is a limit with the amount of items that are saved with the new System.
