Is there a place/screen to find out that if SLA is attached to Work Order/Work Task in Cloud and the same has elapsed in Work Task… Duration of Elapsed days of SLA

 Hi Raviprasadprem,

In Prepare work order window you can Find SLA column here.

In Work Task Window you can Find SLA here.

Please note that in the work task window ‘SLA Latest Start’ and ‘SLA Latest Finish’ is calculated based on the SLA Order Line connected to the work task. This field is only applicable for work tasks that have originated from a service contract. This field is for informational purposes only.

As per my knowledge if the Work Task is originated from a service contract then you can have an idea regarding SLA by checking ‘SLA Latest Start’ and ‘SLA Latest Finish’ fields.

Hope this helps,

Best Regards,
Roshan

Thanks Roshan…

but i want to know how many days/Hrs has passed since SLA Finish Date

Hi @Raviprasadprem ,

There are no such standard fields in IFS which shows the SLA days elapsed. As mentioned by @Roshan Madusanka a SLA order will be generated and connected to the work task when they are created. This SLA order captures the information about SLA start and finish date along with the actual response and resolution date. You can create quick report against this view to calculate the SLA elapse days & hours both response & resolution. Also, if needed you can create a custom event to trigger an email if SLA dates are lapsed.

Hope this helps!!

Hi @Raviprasadprem ,

Using Resource Monitoring Gantt you can identify the work assignments that are going to breach SLA or the once already has breached SLA using the SLA warning. But here also you will not get the elapsed duration.

Thanks & Best Regards,
