Does anyone use the RCM toolkit mentioned in the IFS Online Documentation, help page?

Hi Bruno,

This is the cloud documentation for the RCM toolkit

https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r1/foundation1/020_installation/400_installation_options/130_add-on_cmp/RCM_Toolkit_Integration/default.htm

Thank you for the prompt reply. I will definitely go through the documentation.

I am trying to find some one who actually is using it.

Hi Bruno,

http://docweb.corpnet.ifsworld.com/ifsdoc/Apps10/documentation/en/default.htm?openpage=http://docweb.corpnet.ifsworld.com/ifsdoc/Apps9/documentation/en/Cromfg/frmCro.htm

RCM toolkit is a third party application, using a range of approaches, within a decision framework,  to deliver the optimum maintenance strategy for complex, safety-critical assets; balancing risk, cost and environmental factors to extend 'through life expectancy'.

Since RCM Toolkit is integrated to IFS Applications, RCM analysis can be initiated and results can be brought back to IFS Applications. By applying RCM analysis, PM Actions, PM Programs and Criticality Ratings can be created and updated. Hence maintenance decisions taken during RCM Analysis can be executed.

RCM analysis is made on combination of Item Class and Process Class and the result is applicable to Functional and Serial Objects, Tool/Equipment and Linear Assets.

Hope this will help you to some extend to clarify your issue.

Best Regards,

Bimsara
