I would like to generate 1 Work Order with multiple Work Task coming from the Service line - PM Plan - PM Actions.
Now I have created 1 Work Order with 1 Work Task and I would like to have 1 Work Order with 6 Work Tasks, see screenshots.
I have worked with PM Groups into IFS Cloud

I think you will be able to manage this with both options you have on the PM Action; Grouping Rule or PM Group. The online help text is good for these options.

My preference is to use PM Group, because you are more flexible in defining the groups. Disadvantage is that youneed to create PM Groups for all teh Service Contracts, maybe even per Service Contract Line or other combinations. That an lead into a lot of PM Groups which are hard to maintain. I do not know the exact requirement, so I cannot really propose the best solution.

Probably ​@Harm de Brouwer 12Guide should also be able to help you on this topic (I see you are working both at 12Guide).

Thank you for your reply and after I have add the PM Group to the Service Contract Line the work orde4r generate properly.
