We recently encountered a failed transaction related to a Serial Object ID error, which led us to question how the list of Serial Objects are available for selection in Mobile Work Order is defined in IFS Cloud 24R2.
We are trying to locate if this list is maintained or controlled in. Could someone point me in the right direction?
