How can I upload multiple documents to document revision page

Hi Experts,

 

Could someone let me know what is procedure of uploading multiple documents to the document revision page?

Explaining further,
Other files can be checked into a document revision if they share the same file name but have different file extensions. When checking in a document, the types of documents that can be checked in are displayed in the Files of Type field in the Choose file for Check in dialog.

As per the product documentation, You can Check In document file to a document in the Document Overview page. Multiple document check in is not supported. Macro settings and Name files using settings will not be considered when checking in documents.

You can upload multiple documents through Create Documents Window.

I want to add that, currently, in IFS Cloud, we don't support other extra files than View files/View copies (normally a PDF uploaded alongside the original file, which might be a Word file or other). 

If done from the Document Revision screen in 24R2 or earlier, the Aurena Agent is needed for uploading View files. Same goes for doing it from Attachments / Documents / New Document (when using the default dialog).
