Currently the tech mobile work list defaults to this ‘Card view’. Does anybody have any idea if/how we can change an MOE to have it default to the ‘Calendar view’ (at bottom) ?

I think that once the tech changes the view here we should retain that setting until such time as the tech changes the view again (regardless of how many times they logged out or the app was force closed, etc.), let’s log a support ticket for this and get it addressed in a future Maintenance Release.

Unfortunately, there is no MOE option to change the default view for mobile work list since it’s treated as a user preference.
However, once the user changes the view preference on their device. It should remain the same until the user clears the app data or reinitialize the application.
I do not see any user preferences on the device that would permit default view changes. About the only the option they have is to set a color scheme. Can you tell me where this preference is supposed to be located on the device?

Apologies if I’ve misled you, this is not an option on General Settings page, but simply a toggle on the bottom left of the Work List page.
Also kindly be aware of the current limitations of the app after you change the view.
- Logging out and force closing the app bring will reset the page back to card view.
- Just logging out and then sign in back will retains the calendar view.
- Force closing the app without logging out, will log you back and retain the calendar view. (Provided the MOE -10206 for Auto Login is enabled)

+15Quick update on this one: This is targeted for inclusion in the Mobile Edge V15.4.9.0 Maintenance Release (tentatively scheduled for release at the end of June).
