V15.1HF10 - portal_0 user in c_session_log

Hi in our customer environment on test and or production in the c_session_log table we have several records with person_id = portal_0

Do you know which process could generate this kind of session ?

Clarification to add to the above: Part of functionality is using anonymous session by design.

Hi Christophe,

After checking with R&D, this response:

Part of functionality can be done under anonymous session. When it’s anonymous the user is portal_0.

I believe the most known is Forgot Password functionality, but not only.
