On mobile device, notification sound is very unpleasant :(
Is there any way to choose a different sound ?
Can a user parameter it by himself ?

Hi Laurence, we don’t have a way for the tech to select a different sound (these are all set in the MOE Mobile Options Editor module in the Alliance back-end application). Open up the SERVER MOE record and you can specify these sounds for each dispatch event type in MOE records -10134 through -10159, we have options for High (Auuuuuga, old time car horn sound), Med (double-ding), Low (soft elevator ding) and Off (no notification).
