We find that Cause is not searchable in v15.2. We also think that the field is missing a button for lookup

Searching for cause %filt% yields 0 hits. I expect several - the cause codeID is Filterrevnet

Hi Bjørn,

Please log a ticket for this in our support portal.    I can confirm it is possible to search for cause in 15.4 but in 15.2 this does not work.

I confirmed this is not functional in v15.2 HF4 (latest) but the field is present to allow filtering so this is a bug in my estimation.  Reviewing the data queries shows the c_service_call.cause_descr is not populated when moved to history while the c_service_call.cause_id is populated.

The query used by the application is against c_service_call.cause_descr.
