I have not checked but does this work in the Web Employee Portal?  If so, we are looking at the same situation as when searching for customer in the Sales Order module that this will be fixed only with the later version, not on the current Astea Browser.

This is only for the History QBE, correct?

This applies to both Astea browser and Web Employee Portal. 

And I find the same behaviour in Service Order, Service Order History, and Order Locator

As we discussed today after I reviewed the log ticket, there is not an issue. Your users were looking to see which material demands were used in the service order.  However, the Product and Product ID referenced in the filters for this screen are solely for the object of service linked to the service order, not the materials used.

For what your users are looking to retrieve, you will likely have to create a custom report.
