through the customizer, we want to disable the Serial_no field on the RP main screen when the RP status is “awaiting product” and the serial number field is already populated.
So we add the conditions to disable the serial no field : (order_stat_unique_id=50) and (serial_no <> ).
But this customization has no effect. Do you know why ?
NB : the same customisation on the tagno field works well , so why it is not working on the serial no field ?

I confirmed my thoughts with R&D, there is code that prevents this specific field to be disabled on this status.
This is not a bug and on this situation, Astea code is lead, not Customizer.
Thus you cannot disable this field with Customizer.
